Chocolate Chip Cookies

Who can ever resist chocolate chip cookies? An all time favourite  by everyone.

Makes 40

Ingredients:

335g plain flour
250g softened butter
165g sugar
165g brown sugar
1       egg
1tspn vanilla extract
1tspn bicarbonate of soda
300g dark eating chocolate, chopped coarsely.

Instructions:

1)Beat butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a bowl until light & fluffy.
2)Stir in flour & soda and mix well
3)Add in chocolate, mix well together and cover it in cling film and re-fridgerate for 1hr
4)Preheat oven to 180C. Grease baking tray with some butter.
5)Roll level tablespoons of the dough into balls. Place it on the baking tray with approx 3cm apart.
6)Bake for 12mins
7)Take out and let it cool.
